AHOSKIE, N.C. Roanoke Electric Cooperative and its non-profit subsidiary, The Roanoke Center, are pleased to announce the availability of fiscal year 2017/2018 financial assistance for area forest landowners in Halifax, Northampton, Bertie, Hertford, Gates, Chowan, and Perquimans Counties.
